There hasn’t been a lot of practice lately as the Jets have been using their days for travel. Today, they get back on the ice for a skate as they prepare to kick off three straight games at home starting on Thursday against the Kraken.

On Tuesday the Jets IR skate featured Cole PerfettiDylan Samberg and Adam Lowry. Head coach Scott Arniel indicated in his media availability on Monday in Calgary that this was the second day for 91 on the ice. Arniel said Perfetti was ahead of schedule and projected a mid November return although based on how the second line winger was skating yesterday it seems hard to believe it will take him that long to return to the lineup.

Skate news:

Captain Adam Lowry joined skate in a non-contact jersey. No Morgan Barron.

Lines & D pairs:

Connor – Scheifele – Vilardi
Niederreiter – Toews – Nyquist
lafallo – Namestnikov – Lambert
Koepke – Ford – Pearson
Chibrikov & Lowry (non-contact)

Lambert stays in:

Despite being the last guy to leave the ice today, Brad Lambert will stay in the lineup when Winnipeg takes on Seattle on Thursday. Head coach Scott Arniel said he liked what he saw from his first game of the season (limited due to all the penalties in game) and that he’ll be staying in the lineup.
