The Jets did a lot of good things on Wednesday night against the Sharks as they picked up their second straight win. While their inability to score is definitely a problem the bigger issue right now is the powerless powerplay which remains mired in a 1/33 slump that goes back 11 games. They haven’t scored with the man “advantage” in the last eight games. Of course when you consider they’ve already played 51 games this season the power play is what it is at this point (26th in the NHL).
