The Jets are coming off a disappointing loss last night to the Hurricanes to conclude four games in Winnipeg which saw them lose the first one, win the next two and then as mentioned lose last night.
Suspect the Jets will want to work on special teams today and specifically their PK which sits 31st in the NHL.
Skate news:
As per Mitchell Clinton of JetsTV all players who played last night are on the ice for practice today. That is good news as Mark Scheifele took a pretty hard knee-on-knee from Ian Cole last night and while he played the rest of the game, there was always potential for a problem to flare up following the game. Mitch also has the lines and D pairs.
Lines & D Pairs:
Connor-Scheifele-Wheeler
Copp-Dubois-Ehlers
Stastny-Lowry-Vesalainen
Harkins-Toninato-Svechnikov
Morrissey-Schmidt
Stanley-Dillon
Beaulieu-DeMelo
Recall news:
The Jets have recalled 2019 1st rounder Ville Heinola from the Moose.
