The Jets are coming off an improbable 3rd period comeback win against the Ducks last night in Anaheim which gave them three straight wins. The team remains in Anaheim today for practice as they prepare to face the Kings for the first time this season.

The big question mark ahead of today’s practice was whether captain Blake Wheeler will be on the ice today with his team which head coach Paul Maurice indicated in his post-game comments is a possibility. This was confirmed in advance of skate by Jamie Thomas of JetsTV who said Wheeler had cleared NHL COVID protocols and would practice with the team.
