The Jets hit the ice today in Denver at the University of Denver as they get ready to conclude 2019 tomorrow night against the Avalanche.

As per Jamie Thomas of Jets TV veteran forward Mathieu Perreault is in a regular uniform for today’s optional skate. According to Brian Munz of TSN 1290 Winnipeg the only players skating are: Patrik Laine, Nikolaj Ehlers, Mathieu Perreault, Jack Roslovic, Mason Appleton, Logan Shaw, Joona Luoto, Jansen Harkins, Anthony Bitetto, Tucker Poolman, Carl Dahlstrom, Laurent Brossoit and Connor Hellebuyck.

Coach Maurice on veteran Mathieu Perreault who skated in a regular jersey and whether he would be a player tomorrow “For him to come off IR we wait ’til the last minute. We’ll get him through the morning skate tomorrow and make that decision but he’s feeling strong.”
