The Jets were off on Friday but are back on the ice today in Winnipeg as they get ready to kick off a three-game homestand beginning with the Philadelphia Flyers on Sunday afternoon.
Skate News:
The only player missing from morning skate was Jets Captain Blake Wheeler according to Scott Billeck of the Winnipeg Sun. With Wheeler missing the Jets put Joona Luoto up the middle as per Mitchell Clinton of Jets TV who had the lines and D pairs this morning at Bell MTS Place.

Jets bench boss Paul Maurice indicated Blake Wheeler is “ready to go” aka he is expected to play on Sunday.
