After yesterday’s day off, the full squad was back on the ice with about 2500 fans in the stand watching their open practice.
Andrew Ladd – Watching other games yesterday. Does he watch video of other games? Nice to have the fans in the stands today? Does it make it more fun for the players having fans at the practice? Crowd give energy after time off? Frustration in watching results from other games? Vibe in the room.
Blake Wheeler – Did he watch any NHL games yesterday? Not getting any help right now. Cannot be consumed by what other teams do. What is the vibe in the room? Battle tested going into final stretch.
He's closing in on his first game since January 13th.
