The Jets had until today to make moves on waivers in order to be compliant of the 23-man roster requirements for Monday and they’ve subsequently put the following three players on waivers according to Elliotte Friedman of Sportsnet:
Kyle Capobianco, Collin Delia and Axel Jonsson-Fjallby.
With Ville Heinola injured it brought them down to 26 and now they are at 23. This allows them to keep Logan Stanley and Declan Chisholm up with the big club and not have to expose them to waivers.
He's closing in on his first game since January 13th.
The 2024 2nd rounder is in Winnipeg where he'll spend the rest of the season…
