Winnipeg Jets place Dominic Toninato on waivers

It would appear that Logan Stanley is ready to return from IR as the Jets have placed Dominic Toninato on waivers according to Elliotte Friedman of Sportsnet. Winnipeg’s roster was at 23 with Toninato so this move would appear to be making room for Stanley.

Toninato has been limited to four games with the Jets this season picking up one assist. He has also played one game this season in the AHL with the Moose. Provided he clears waivers Manitoba is scheduled to head out on the road on Thursday.
