Winnipeg Jets place David Gustafsson on injured reserve; activate Cole Perfetti from taxi squad

Following Jets morning skate the team via their PR account announced that 2018 2nd rounder David Gustafsson, who didn’t return after the 1st period of the game against Vegas, had been placed on IR.

Interim Jets head coach Dave Lowry indicated today that the team would be using 2020 1st rounder Cole Perfetti in the lineup against the Avalanche in Denver tonight. The team announced he has been activated from the taxi squad.
