Winnipeg Jets place Adam Pardy on waivers

Is this the end of the Pardy dangle?  According to Bob McKenzie the Jets have placed the veteran defenceman on waivers.

If you’re wondering why they would be putting Pardy on waivers in order for him to be eligible to play in the AHL this season he needs to be on an AHL roster by 3 pm eastern time tomorrow.
