Winnipeg Jets Patrik Laine named NHL’s First Star of the Month

Given what we saw from the Finnish sniper is anyone surprised that he was named NHL 1st Star of the Month for November?  He was sensational scoring 18 times, including three hat tricks for the Jets.  I believe he is the first Jets 2.0 player to be the NHL Player of the Month.

Scott put his accomplishments for the month into perspective with this tweet:

What will he do in December? We will find out tonight when he kicks off the month against the Devils.

For now watch the first 100 goals of his career.

As always stay tuned for the latest Winnipeg Jets and Manitoba Moose news by keeping it locked to illegalcurve.com and on social media including Twitter | Facebook | Instagram.  And you can follow me on twitter as well (@icdave).
