Injury Update: Nic Petan is day-to-day

Just when it looked like the number of players in our Jets Injury Report was decreasing it appears we have one more to add to the mix.  Yesterday, in the Jets game against Nashville a play in the 3rd period sent centre Nic Petan to the dressing room and he did not return to the game.  It appeared that as he fell he was stepped on by a Predators forward.  While it didn’t look too serious when we saw the replay, today coach Maurice indicated that Nic Petan “will be day-to-day.  I think it is going to be pushing closer to seven of em’.  It’s not major but it will keep him out of the lineup tomorrow”
