Winnipeg Jets Morning Papers: Today’s Hockey Headlines | Mar 26, 2026

Note: The Jets held an optional practice on Wednesday as they looked to reset in preparation for a monumental test when they face the Avalanche this evening. Morning skate for Winnipeg gets underway at 10:30 AM CT so stay tuned for the pre-game report to ensure you’re up-to-date on the latest. Puck drop is at 7 PM CT.

Note II: This evening, after the final buzzer sounds between Winnipeg and Colorado, we want you to be part of the conversation on the Illegal Curve Post-Game Show as we discuss and analyze the results of the game starting around 9:40 PM CT.

Note III: Yesterday the Jets inked college free agent Lucas Wahlin to a one-year deal which will begin during the 2026-27 season. He has signed an ATO with the Moose for the remainder of this season.

Note IV: Speaking of the Moose, they were in action last night in Toronto where they outshot their opponent but gave up four goals on 19 shots and lost 4-1 to the Marlies. They will travel today to Belleville where they will face the Senators in a pair of games on Friday and Saturday.
