Jets news:

The Hockey News:  Highlight of the Night – Jets fans taunt Tortorella.  It was a big win for the creative fans at the MTS Centre.

Winnipeg Free Press:  The Devin made ’em do it.  He hasn’t had the best season to date but last night was the most complete game we have seen from the winger.

Winnipeg Free Press:  Tinker, tailor, turncoat, spy.  Lots of Olympic talk already in the dressing rooms and even last night on the ice when all the Olympic players from both teams were called out for a special ceremony before the game.

Winnipeg Sun:  Setoguchi shows up to help Jets clock Canucks.  He was rewarded with his hard play as the recipient of the Commander Flight Helmet, which is a new tradition where the team gives the player of the game this item to wear for media interviews.

Winnipeg Sun:  Fourth line continues to be MIA.  They haven’t played much so it is difficult to really know what they are capable of but it is pretty clear that the coach feels more comfortable rolling three lines.

TSN:  Jets remain hot with victory over Canucks.  From his perch high above the MTS Centre ice surface Dennis breaks down the victory over Vancouver.

Vancouver Sun:  Canucks fall to Jets – Game Essentials.  Check out the viewpoint from the other side.

Illegal Curve:  Jets to hold outdoor practice at the Forks.  The good news is I checked the weather forecast for February 23rd and according to weather spark it “typically varies from -14°C to -8°C and is rarely below -21°C or above -2°C”.
