Jets news:

Winnipeg Free Press:  Buff does right stuff.  When it counted he put on a head of steam and scored the OT winner to propel this team to their fifth win in six games.

Winnipeg Free Press:  Quiet D-man Stuart earns kudos.  He doesn’t get many accolades but his defence partner Jacob Trouba was gushing over the help provided by Stuart’s veteran partnership.

Winnipeg Free Press:  Turned out nice again, eh!  Give up a three goal lead, no problem!   This team doesn’t get down on itself when they may have in the past.

Winnipeg Sun:  Hardly Friendly Manitoba for native son Reimer … Jets still on outside looking in on playoff race.  Kirk breaks down a number of facets of the game.

Winnipeg Sun:  Montoya likely to get the call against Hawks.  Pavelec has played eight straight games but it is time to give Montoya an opportunity.  Nice opportunity for the Chicago native to play in his hometown.
