Jets news:

Winnipeg Free Press:  Maurice holds key to Jets’ turnaround, Kane says.  It is clear that the team has bought into whatever Maurice is selling.

Winnipeg Free Press:  Pavelec gets mojo back.  Part and parcel to this may be an improved commitment to defence from the team.

Winnipeg Sun:  Ondrej the giant.  Coach Maurice once rode Arturs Irbe for 72 games in a season and he won’t be afraid to ride whichever horse is able to maintain that pace he requires from this team.  Ken’s article also talks about Al Montoya, Kane being able, Big production from Little and these Sharks have bite.

Winnipeg Sun:  Coach Paul Maurice’s confidence rubbing off on Jets.  Difficult to fathom that this is the same team that underwent a five game losing streak before the start of the four game win streak.  Coach Maurice has certainly said the right things to both the players and media in his short time behind the bench.
