Winnipeg Free Press: Jets shut down Sabres 3-0. Lots of good efforts last night. Kudos to Chris Thorburn who played in his 500th NHL game picking up an assist and having a number of good chances to score.
Winnipeg Sun: Jets blank Sabres in NYE tilt. The Jets had some luck (disallowed goal) and then played a pretty solid game against an offensively challenged Buffalo team. Plenty of good scoring chances including 3 or 4 breakaways and another solid game by Al Montoya.
TSN: Three’s Company. The Jets have a nice little win streak and Dennis gives you his thoughts on last night’s contest.
Illegal Curve: Jets sign Ryan Olsen to a three-year, two-way, entry level contract. GM Cheveldayoff is locking up a lot of his prospects and Ryan Olsen was the latest added to the mix.
