Jets news:

Winnipeg Free Press:  Just don’t have enough to win.  The Jets played a good game last night and probably deserved a better fate.

Winnipeg Sun:  Ex-Moose on loose against Jets.  A number of players that played a part in the win had developed in Winnipeg as members of the Moose.

TSN:  Jets lose to Canucks to fall one game below .500.  From his spot in the broadcast booth Dennis breaks down the Jets 22nd one goal game of the season.

Edmonton Sun:  Oilers should wear it.   The ultimate sign of fan disgust is having someone throw their expensive team jersey onto the ice because they are embarrassed to be seen wearing your colours.

Edmonton Journal:  Gagner keen to jettison face shield.  Tough having to play with a shield but probably a better alternative after you’ve had your face rearranged.
