Winnipeg Jets Morning Papers

Note: The Jets were off on Tuesday after a disappointing loss on Monday to the Sabres. Biggest question mark is the status of Neal Pionk who wasn’t quite ready for the last game. Morning skate for Winnipeg gets underway at 10:30 AM CST so stay tuned for the pre-game report to ensure you’re up-to-date on the latest. Puck drop is at 6:30 PM CST.

Winnipeg Sun: Drowning Jets look for something to grab onto. The one caveat to the whole US Thanksgiving thing is it seems like teams are usually way less packed together so this year that “rule of thumb” seems less impactful. Regardless the Jets appear to be a team on a boat without a rudder which isn’t a good look when you’ve already played 25 games this season.

The Athletic Winnipeg: Jets report cards: 25 player grades after 25 games. (Paywall). Murat brought out his marking pen and he wasn’t feeling charitable, which given the results to date, makes a lot of sense.
