Note: The Jets added two more points to the standings bank on Saturday night but it was not a pretty 4-3 shootout victory over the Flames in Calgary. The good news is the woeful six-game road trip which saw them go 2-4-0 is over and they are back in Winnipeg to play three straight at home. They are off today.
Note II: The Moose on the other hand were loving life on the road as they had departed Manitoba for five games away. While it began with a loss in Texas they responded with four straight victories including last night over the IceHogs in Rockford. They are now back in the city for six straight games.
