Note: Both Jets and Moose players are back on the ice out at hockey for all centre as they informally prepare for the start of the 2025-26 season.

Jets news:

The Athletic: Ranking the best NHL players and prospects under 23. (Paywall). Pronman, which should come with little surprise given his putting Winnipeg’s prospect depth as 25th overall in the NHL, only has three Jets prospects (Boumedienne, Yager and Barlow) in his rankings. And even those three are seen by him as Tier 6 (middle of the lineup players) prospects. Not sure how Elias Salomonsson doesn’t crack this list.

Winnipeg Sun: Aebischer reflects on NHL journey and time at inaugural Winnipeg Jets camp. Hard to believe that camp was already a decade and a half ago.

David Minuk

Working hard on a daily basis to provide the latest Winnipeg Jets and Manitoba Moose news for our readers and listeners. I also appear on the Illegal Curve Hockey Show every Saturday on our YouTube channel as well as the Illegal Curve Post-Game Show after every single Jets game. And I occasionally jump in the play-by-play booth at Canada Life to provide colour analysis during Manitoba Moose games.
