Note: It is going to be another condensed season with the Olympic break during the 2025-26 campaign and yesterday we learned that three more Jets have been invited to an orientation camp as Connor Hellebuyck, Kyle Connor and Neal Pionk were asked to attend the one being held in Plymouth, Michigan next week.

Note II: It was a newsy day as we learned on Tuesday that the Moose had filled a coaching vacancy with the appointment of Bob Nardella as an assistant coach for the AHL club of Manitoba.

Jets news:

Winnipeg Sun: Jets netminder Eric Comrie ready to test his mettle in the Manitoba Open. Lots of pressure on him given a number of his current teammates have already participated in this event.

Jets prospect news:

Daily Faceoff: Winnipeg Jets’ Top 10 prospects. While I think this list is fine I’m not sure I’d have Nikita Chibrikov at the six spot. He’s shown well in both the AHL and NHL so hard to project young kids ahead of him.
