Note: The Jets held an optional practice on Friday which was very lightly attended although we did see Mason Appleton and Vlad Namestnikov with the main group for the first time. An optional morning skate gets underway at 9:30 AM CST so stay tuned for the pre-game report to ensure you’re up-to-date on the latest. Puck drop is at 6 PM CST.
Note II: This evening, after the final buzzer sounds between Winnipeg and Calgary, we want you to be part of the conversation on the Illegal Curve Post-Game Show as we discuss and analyze the results of the game starting around 8:40 PM CST.
Note III: The Moose were back home for the first time in 2025 looking to build on a 4-0-1 road trip they used to start the new year off on the right skate. However the age old adage that there’s no place like home is not one that they subscribe to. They were up against the Marlies last night and about the only thing worthy of praise was the play of goalie Kaapo Kahkonen. They are scheduled to practice today as they prepare for tomorrow’s re-match in the afternoon.
