Note II: Nothing terribly earth shattering about this report by Pierre LeBrun in his piece for The Athletic that Tyler Toffoli is expected to test free agency. If you listened to his end of season media it essentially confirmed this but this is a little additional confirmation.

Note III:Two primary assists for Jets 2023 5th rounder Jacob Julien as his London Knights won their first game in the Memorial Cup by a final score of 4-0. And nice creativity on the second one during his faceoff win.

Sportsnet: Why Winnipeg Jets fingerprints are all over this Eastern Conference Final. For those who are watching the series between the Rangers and Panthers they’ve seen a lot of former Jets battling it out and making an impact. I am somewhat curious if Jets fans have a preference for the New York Jets (ha) in Trouba, Wheeler and Roslovic vs the Panthers Jets in Kulikov, Maurice and Kompon. 

Jets website: Nino Niederreiter and Switzerland will play for gold today. Those pesky Swiss knocked out the Canadians on Saturday with Jets winger Nino Niederreiter scoring a goal in the game.
