Note: The Jets ended the pre-holiday schedule on a high note with a big 5-1 win over the Bruins in Winnipeg before taking off a few days for rest and relaxation. That is all done as they resume the NHL schedule with a game in Chicago against the Blackhawks. It’s a bit of an unusual gameday with most of the team getting to Illinois this morning (CBA rules don’t allow for travel yesterday) so all eyes will be on morning skate which gets underway at 11:30 AM CST. All the relevant news will be posted in the pre-game report so check back for that. Puck drop is at 8 PM CST.
Note II: This evening, after the final buzzer sounds between Winnipeg and Chicago, we want you to be part of the conversation on the Illegal Curve Post-Game Show as we discuss and analyze the results of the game.
Note III: The Moose have one final day of holidays before they resume their season in Winnipeg where they will hit the ice for practice as they get set for a weekend series against the Stars which includes the always popular New Years Eve game (in the late afternoon).
