Note: The Jets are on holiday break until February 9th.

Note II: The Moose concluded their schedule ahead of the AHL All-Star game on Saturday night with a 5-4 OT loss to the Admirals. They held leads of 2-0 (Reichel & Bongiovanni) and 4-2 (Reichel & Limoges) but it needed extra time which saw former Jets forward Zach Sanford get the game-winner for Milwaukee. Manitoba is now at 22-15-3-2. Tonight Jets prospect Declan Chisholm will play in the AHL All-Star game. Moose back in action in Grand Rapids on the 10th.

Note III: The Ice split their weekend with a win on Friday over the Wheat Kings and a loss to the Blades in Saskatoon. They are back in action in Winnipeg for four straight starting with the Hitmen on Wednesday night.

Note IV: Jets 2022 1st rounder Brad Lambert continuing to have an impact in Seattle as he scored what turned out to be the game-winning goal. He’s got seven points (4G 3A) in six games with the Thunderbirds.

Sportsnet: Blues GM Doug Armstrong could have biggest impact on NHL trade deadline. While not specially about Winnipeg it does impact a rival and perhaps the Jets might have some trade interest in one of the players Wieber wrote about.
