Note: The Jets did a very Jets thing last night in a game they needed to get a point or points from and that was not play a full 60 minutes which resulted in the visiting Bruins leaving Winnipeg with two points courtesy of their 4-2 win. Today the team was scheduled to practice in Winnipeg but have cancelled it so they will simply head to Chicago for a one-game road trip against the Hawks on Sunday.
Note II: The Moose have three of four points so far courtesy of a win and OTL in Abbotsford during the week and they practiced in Iowa on Friday as they got ready for a pair of games against the Wild starting tonight. Puck drop is at 6 PM.

Global News: Jets battle back, but fall 4-2 to Bruins in third period dogfight. With about six minutes to go in the 3rd the game really had the feeling of a contest where both teams would be satisfied playing it safe so as to at least get one point.
