Note: This is day 66 since the NHL hit the pause button on the  2019-20 season.

Note II:  While the resumption of the 2019-20 season is still in flux one thing that is certain is that even if play resumes there will not be any games played at Bell MTS Place in Winnipeg.  With that in mind the team sent out information to season ticket holders advising them of what they can do with the remaining four home games left.  To read click here.

Jets news:

Winnipeg Free Press:  Jets’ offence needs to play better defence.  (Paywall).  They say a good offence comes from a good defence and it was clear this season that the Jets forwards collectively need to continue to commit to improvement in that area.

Winnipeg Sun:  Laine, Hellebuyck among Jets confirmed for charity Fortnite tourney.  I never woulda thought people would be more interested in watching other people play video games rather than playing them themselves but welcome to the modern age.  #Iamaboomer

TSN:  Hellebuyck says mental turnaround the key in bounce-back season.  Frank caught up with the Jets netminder who describes how he was able to handle the difficulties of last season.

TSN:  Should a full player vote be used when NHLPA receives final return proposal?  As of right now the NHLPA has not received the final return proposal from the NHL, but when they do, should the NHLPA executive committee of 31 player reps vote or should they implement a full player vote on the matter?
