Note: This is day 54 since the NHL and AHL hit the pause button on their respective 2019-20 seasons.

Note II: It looks like today or tomorrow we will hear the NHL announce their plans to hold a draft in early June. Of course that will mean the draft would be taking place either before the season concludes, is cancelled or even resumes. More on the plan in the articles below.

Sportsnet: NHL faces big week with talks on early draft, potential game ‘hubs’. Fans could certainly learn some interesting tidbits this week.
