Winnipeg Free Press:  Scheifele misses the game, Byfuglien.  (Paywall). It’s not surprising to read that Scheifele misses Big Buff as anyone who watched the Jets this season knows they were lacking a big presence (literally) on and off the ice.

Winnipeg Free Press:  As NHL seeks safe harbours for a potential restart of season, Winnipeg should be at top of list.  (Paywall).  An interesting thought from Mike but I still don’t see hockey back this season.

Sportsnet:  Hall of Famer Dale Hawerchuk completes final round of chemotherapy.  Big milestone for the Jets legend.  We are wishing him all the best as he continues this fight.
