With no morning skate due to the early puck drop we learned that Connor Hellebuyck starts in net and Luca Sbisa is expected to play after missing practice. Puck drop is at 3 PM CT.
Note II: The Moose traveled across Lake Michigan on Thursday from Milwaukee to Grand Rapids as their seven-game road trip continues. They’ve hit a three-game losing streak after facing the top team in the East (Marlies x 2) and the top team in the West (Admirals). Tonight they face a Griffins team that they are tied with in terms of points in the Central Division. The status of Sami Niku remains uncertain after he left the game on Wednesday in the 2nd period. Puck drop is at 6 PM CT.
