Winnipeg Jets Morning Papers

Note:  The Jets quashed the Storm Surge in Carolina last night with a giant 8-1 thumping of the Hurricanes and are into Washington today where they will hold an optional practice for tomorrow’s game against the Capitals.  Check the Practice Report for the latest news and audio.

Note II:  The Moose ended three straight days of practice on Friday and today will kick off a critical six-game homestand starting with the IceHogs.  Manitoba sits four points back of Rockford (with two games in hand) who are tied with Texas and Milwaukee for the fourth and final playoff spot.  Puck drop is at 6 pm.

Winnipeg Sun:  Jets bounce back in dominant victory over Hurricanes.  That game was anything but expected.  Ken has more in his recap.
