Note:  The Jets winning streak became a points streak after last night’s 3-2 OT loss to the Sharks which concluded a three-game homestand.  The team is scheduled to practice today before they take off for Montreal to kick off three straight games on the road.  Be sure to check out the Practice Report for an update on Josh Morrissey (who left last night’s game in the 2nd period).

Note II:  It seems like the Moose have been on the road forever as a result of this six-game road trip being interrupted by the AHL All-Star break.  Tonight they conclude the trip in Grand Rapids as they take on the top team in the central in a game they need to continue their push for a playoff spot.  Puck drop is at 6 pm.

Note III:  Following the conclusion of tonight’s Moose game be sure to tune in for two hours of NHL hockey talk via NHL This Week.
