Winnipeg Jets Morning Papers

Note:  The Jets ended the year with a 4-3 win over the Oilers which improved them to 25-12-2 this season and ensured they finished 2018 atop the Western Conference.  They are back in Winnipeg and scheduled to practice at 12 noon at Bell MTS Place and you can check the Practice Report for the latest news and audio.

Note II:  There was a report out yesterday that the Jets and Flames could be participating in a Heritage Classic in Regina next season.  Stay tuned because NHL commissioner Gary Bettman is supposed to make the announcement during the 2nd period of today’s Winter Classic.

Note III: The Moose also ended 2018 on a positive note as they completed the weekend sweep of the Eagles with a 4-1 win on Monday thanks in large part to the efforts of goalie Eric Comrie.
