Note: The Jets still have to sign the following RFAs: Joshua Morrissey, Nicolas Kerdiles, Eric Comrie and JC Lipon.

Jets news:

Winnipeg Free Press: Jets have their work cut out for them in NHL’s toughest division. (Paywall).  Plenty doing in the Central Division and Mike takes a look at what the Jets opponents have been up to this summer.

The Athletic Winnipeg:  Jets farm system ranked 28th.  (Paywall).  Corey Pronman isn’t bullish on the Jets farm system. With top prospects Kristian Vesalainen, Mason Appleton and Sami Niku currently in the system as well as a few others who will need some seasoning we at Illegal Curve respectfully disagree with Corey as we feel the Jets should be ranked much higher.

David Minuk

Working hard on a daily basis to provide the latest Winnipeg Jets and Manitoba Moose news for our readers and listeners. I also appear on the Illegal Curve Hockey Show every Saturday on our YouTube channel as well as the Illegal Curve Post-Game Show after every single Jets game. And I occasionally jump in the play-by-play booth at Canada Life to provide colour analysis during Manitoba Moose games.
