Note:  The Jets find themselves in a tough position this morning as they wake up down 3-1 in the best of seven series after a 3-2 loss last night in Vegas.  While it isn’t an impossible hole to dig themselves out of the odds are stacked against this Winnipeg team (since 1974-75 when a team takes a 3-1 lead in the Conference Final/Semifinal they are 41-1 or 97.6% via Scott Billeck).  But the reason we watch sports is to watch how it plays out.  Today the Jets will hold a media availability at 1:30 pm.  Our Jets Practice Report will bring you up to speed.

Note II:  Please note that due to coverage of the World Hockey Championships on the station we are pushing back today’s Illegal Curve Hockey Show on TSN 1290 Winnipeg from our usual 9 am start to 3 pm CT.  So enjoy the morning of your long weekend morning and then join us for two hours of Winnipeg Jets and NHL hockey talk.
