Note: The Jets didn’t have a lot of time to unpack from Nashville before players (Wheeler, Scheifele, Laine and Hellebuyck) as well as coach Maurice and GM Kevin Cheveldayoff were back at Bell MTS Place taking questions about the second round series with the Predators and looking ahead to their third round against the Golden Knights.
Note II: The Moose season came to an end last night in Rockford after they were doubled up 6-3 by the IceHogs in game 4 to be swept out of the Central Division Final and ultimately the Calder Cup Playoffs. There was a lot of positive growth in the organization and we will still have plenty of Manitoba Moose coverage to come in the next week as we cover wrap up day and provide our season recap.
