Note II: The sixth of seven pre-season games for the Jets kicks off at 7 pm at Bell MTS Place here in Winnipeg as the Senators are in town for the final home game of the pre-season. The playing group is scheduled to skate at 10 am with the non-playing group on the ice at 12 pm at the IcePlex. Winnipeg Free Press: Jets taking police-by-committee approach this season. (Paywall). With no Chris Thorburn or Anthony Peluso in the lineup this season for Winnipeg the need to look out for each other will have to be done by a number of different players on this squad.
