Note:  The AHL is releasing their full regular season schedule this afternoon.  So Moose fans will soon get an idea of how the season for Manitoba will look for the 2017-18 season.

Jets news:

Winnipeg Sun:  Jets sign Tanev to one-year deal.  Team got the RFA signed to another one-year deal.

Winnipeg Free Press:  One RFA down, three to go after Jets sign Tanev to one-year deal.  (Paywall).  Still some work to do for the Jets.

The Telegram:  Tyler Boland of St. John’s will try out the Jets set.  Some insight into one of the players coming to Jets camp in September.

Moose news:

Illegal Curve:  Moose season opener Oct 6th; home opener Oct 13th.  In addition to revealing the first couple of games yesterday we learned that the team had signed two defenceman to AHL deals.
