Note:  The Jets will hit the ice with a smaller group of players for Day 13 of training camp as they have consolidated into one group following Tuesday’s re-assignment of nine players.  The team will hit the ice at the IcePlex at 11 AM for a skate.

CBC:  After Jets reassign 9 players, Paul Maurice says next cuts will be tougher.  The bubble is about to burst for some players who may on the cusp of making this team in the next round of cuts.  Also a look at the opening for Josh Morrissey and where does everyone fit in?

Illegal Curve:  Patrik Laine projected to be NHL’s Rookie of the Year runner-up.  Might we see the first Calder Memorial Trophy winner be from a team in Winnipeg since some Finnish kid named Teemu Selanne back in 1992-93?

CSN New England:  Trouba would help the Bruins but is he worth the cost?  Seems to be the same cast of characters (or in this instance) teams that are circling the wagon.

Global News:  Moose forward looking to move past Disney World arrest.  I suspect he may hear it from some opposition players but that seems to be about it.

Global News:  Scott Glennie calling Manitoba Moose tryout a second chance.  I missed this the other day as the former 1st round pick (and Manitoba product) will use this opportunity with the AHL squad to try and get back to the NHL.
