Jets (and prospective Jets) @ World Championship games:

Kyle Connor and Team USA take on Hungary.  (The Americans won 5-1 but Kyle Connor did not play).

Nikolaj Ehlers and Team Denmark play Latvia.  (Ehlers had six shots but failed to score in the 3-2 SO win. He did have a good chance in the SO but just put it a little too high).

Jets news:

TSN:  Leafs still take Matthews in latest mock draft.  Craig Button has some thoughts on the draft including which former Jets player should be on stage to help with the 2nd overall selection.  He also chimes in later in the article on the second 1st round pick the Jets have.

Winnipeg Sun:  Jets, Moose fans helping Alberta fire victims.  Manitobans have a history of stepping up when needed and this time was no exception.

USA Today:  The great No.1 debate — Auston Matthews or Patrik Laine?  I suspect we are going to be reading about this debate until Buffalo.

ESPN:  Why Patrik Laine, not Auston Matthews, is the top NHL draft prospect.  (Requires subscription).  Corey Pronman was putting together his top 100 list and check out who landed at the top.

Moose news:

Winnipeg Sun:  Vincent could be candidate for Moose gig.  There was some news a few weeks back that Vincent was potentially exploring AHL options.  Perhaps he was just looking down the hallway.
