Note:  The Jets will have another day of practice as they get ready to face the Nashville Predators on Thursday.

Note II:  The Moose will play their first of six games tonight in California as they take on the Ontario Reign.  Puck drops at 9 pm.  Eric Comrie and Chase De Leo will be playing in front of quite a few friends and family in their first professional appearance in their home state.  You can listen to Mitch Peacock’s call here.

Jets news:

USA Today:  Top young goaltenders are made in America.  Jets fans are going to likely agree with that headline.  Hellebuyck is one of the goalies mentioned by Kevin Allen.

Winnipeg Free Press:  Ladd appears to have regained pre-surgery form.  The captain feels like he is back to the form that fans previously came to expect from their captain.

Illegal Curve:  Coach Maurice scrum.  Looking back at last night’s game what did he see?  Thoughts on JC Lipon’s game.  Any guys close to being back?  Which ones?  Missing three pieces in a critical game.  Were they tight enough defensively last night?  Playing the Predators for third time in three weeks, does he like this schedule?  Will the game be as intense as a back to back?  How does he prevent the losses from becoming crushing?

Moose news:

Illegal Curve:  Eric Comrie and Chase De Leo about to be California Dreamin’.  The two rookies get a chance to play in their home state for the first time as professionals.  Also includes audio with both players.
