Winnipeg Free Press: Jets sign Stafford to a $8.7M, 2-year deal. It was the big news of the day as the Jets one of their two big free agents signed to a short term deal.

Winnipeg Sun: Jets sign Stafford to two-year contract. While it wasn’t the only offer he received the Jets winger said it was the best one he got.

NHL.com: Stafford says signing with Jets was ‘an easy choice’. Fans will be happy to hear that sentiment.

Sportsnet: Possible free agent targets. A list of five forwards whose services Jets GM Kevin Cheveldayoff could try to secure for next season.
