Winnipeg Jets lose Josh Morrissey in the 2nd period of Game 6

The Jets and Stars were enmeshed in a tight 1-1 game late in the middle frame when top pairing Dman Josh Morrissey got his leg caught under Mikko Rantanen.

He would head down the tunnel.

When the 3rd period began no Josh Morrissey which is a tough loss for the Jets. But they did lose him in Game 7 against the Blues and won that game. We shall see if they can so similarly in Dallas.

Update:

Following the Jets 2-1 OT loss to the Stars we heard from head coach Scott Arniel who indicated that the news on 44 wasn’t good.
