Winnipeg Jets loan Brad Lambert to the Manitoba Moose

The Jets recalled 2022 1st rounder Brad Lambert from the Moose on Friday as they only had 12 forwards and one of them wasn’t healthy as Nikolaj Ehlers was dealing with illness according to head coach Scott Arniel. He took warm-up alongside Ehlers but with 27 good to go Lambert was a scratch as the 13th forward.

Today Winnipeg announced that Lambert had been loaned back to the Moose which makes sense as Manitoba plays a game today at 2 PM CST. This will give Lambert a chance to keep in game shape and helps an AHL club that needs him in the lineup.

He will likely be recalled back to the Jets tomorrow.
