Winnipeg Jets Kyle Connor named to 2022 All-Star Game

Why the NHL is having an All-Star game in the same season they had an Olympics scheduled is anyone’s guess (hint: cha-ching). Regardless of the reason the Jets representative in Vegas will by Kyle Connor.

He leads the team in goals with 19 and assists with 16. The 2015 1st rounder is having a career season and is on pace to crack the 40 goal mark for the first time in his career and he was threatening the 50 goal mark before he cooled off a bit of late.

Jason Bell of the Winnipeg Free Press wrote an excellent article about him this week which you can read (if you’re a Freep subscriber) here. And you can also read this insightful piece from Scott Billeck of the Winnipeg Sun which he wrote about Connor ten days ago here.
