Winnipeg Jets Kyle Connor named NHL Second Star of the Week

He is tied for first on the Jets for points with 59 and leads the team in goals (28) and this week the Michigan man was doing quite a bit of that which earned him 2nd Star of the Week honours from the NHL.

Connor led the NHL with eight points (3G, 5A) this week to help Winnipeg to a 3-0-1 record as the club’s point streak reached five games (4-0-1).

This is the third time in his career he has been a Star of the Week.  He completes the trifecta as he was 1st Star last season and a 3rd Star two seasons ago.
