Winnipeg Jets Jansen Harkins has a LBI (day-to-day); won’t play vs Flames

He’s suited up for nine games for the Jets this season but tonight against the Flames won’t be number 10 for Jansen Harkins who is out of the lineup with a lower-body injury according to his head coach Paul Maurice.  He played 9:19 in Tuesday’s 3-2 win over Calgary with his last shift ending with 8:40 left in the final frame, which is the same time his linemate Kristian Vesalainen last got onto the ice.

In his place Jets 2018 2nd rounder David Gustafsson will draw back in and play his fourth game of the season.  As I’ve written in the past he and Kristan Vesalainen developed good chemistry in the AHL.
