Winnipeg Jets Jacob Trouba undergoes successful surgery

The Jets premier defenceman acknowledged in his exit interview that he had broken a bone in his hand during game 2 which would need surgery.  Today the Jets advised that he had underwent surgery in Michigan which was successful and that he should be ready for training camp next season.

The Winnipeg Jets Hockey Club announced that defenceman Jacob Trouba underwent successful surgery in Michigan yesterday to repair a broken bone in his hand. Trouba is expected to make a full recovery and be ready for training camp in September.
